  • Monthly contract: £1000 p.w. (equiv ~ £30 ph). Based on a standard 35 hour week.
  • Quarterly contract: £2500 p.m. Based on a standard 35 hour week.
  • Annual contract: £2000 set up + £1000 p.m. Based on a standard 35 hour week.

This includes all overheads including computer hardware, buildings, electricity, internet connection, regular video conferencing, ongoing training, project leader time (for individual staff), technical and administrative support for your programmer, your UK manager's contact time.

This also covers recruitment, ironclad contracts, site visits, continuous design, implementation and testing of extensive training and operations systems designed to improve quality of output and communications, regular quality control assessment, staff retention schemes and bonuses.

Skill types available

  • Web Designer
  • Programmer
  • Database Expert
  • Web Marketeer (only quarterly or annually)
  • Graphic Designer
  • Webmaster
  • Copywriter
  • Web Researcher
  • Data Entry (-50% cost unless combined)
  • Project Leader (team 2-5 people +10% per team member)

Combined skillsets may be possible for smaller projects but recruitment times may be longer and in order to maintain project quality and to keep employee skills at the cutting edge at the requisite level an we believe that additional one hour a week of ongoing training time is needed - subtracted from the standard working week.

This benefits you - we don't employ jack-of-all trades types who bumble through your project - every employee undergos an average one hour a day of training in our time - not yours - to keep quality first rate at all times. If they do two jobs for you (e.g. Webmaster/Web Marketeer) we like that to increase that to two hours with the additional time coming from the standard 35 hour week.

Staff are truely 100% dedicated to your project. They are contracted not to be able to work on any other project or job or to freelance so you are getting the very best of them.
