Corporate web design works closely with local universities near our offshore programming centres to ensure that we get the best graduate (and post-graduate qualified) staff early on and train them in excellent 

practices. Corporate web design offshore staff work in brightly lit, air conditioned modern buildings using the latest computers (e.g. UK specification Dells), high speed broadband and are in daily video conference contact with their UK managers and any members of you team who you wish to have working with them.

They work a 35 hour week which can be either UK hours or local (4.5 hour time difference). In addition they do 5 hours a week of localization and service training to ensure that they can communicate well with you with no problems in verbal communication or comprehension.

On request staff can work overtime up to 48 hours and be available for emergency call out.
